Physiological Assessments
Maximum oxygen consumption (VO2max) is often considered the ‘gold’ standard measurement of endurance capability and can be used to determine training intensities and monitor training success.

Pinpointing the precise number of calories you burn at rest is crucial if you're trying to lose weight, build lean mass or following a maintenance plan.
Resting metabolic rate
Any event where gravity plays a factor in performance body fat analysis is a must. For every additional pound of fat beyond healthy levels will negatively impact performance.
Body composition analysis
Once exercise intensity goes beyond a certain level the body starts to produce metabolites which cause us to inevitably slow down. This occurs at two distinct points the lactate Threshold and the Anaerobic threshold.
